Have you ever been house drunk? 🍸🏡
Hi , After seeing more than 10 homes in one day, you get what I call "house drunk". House drunk is kinda like that scene in the The Hangover where they wake up to a tiger in their hotel room and no idea how it got there.
Well, okay so maybe it's not that bad--but we don't advice it! Here's how to avoid getting house drunk:1) Download our "Selecting a House" guide and print several copies.
2) Use the guide to rate homes after viewing them online.
3) Narrow it down to your top 10 and email your list to your realtor. Don't have a realtor? We can help with that!
4) Your realtor will scrub your list and tell you of the 10 which ones are still available.
5) Grab your "Selecting a House" guide and make notes while you're viewing the homes.
BOOM. You've just avoided seeing dozen of houses resulting in becoming house drunk.
