Summer heat usually means the housing market is blazing too! If you're a buyer that can mean running to a few challenges--multiple offers--and if you're a seller it means the same thing--multiple offers! Stay cool and follow these summer buyer and seller tips to avoid over heating!

Tip #1: Buyers: Write an offer letter! An offer letter can be icing on the cake to seal a deal if you're up against other buyers. We've seen sellers work with buyers because of letters even when their offer wasn't the strongest.

According to the Blue Star Families Military Lifestyle survey results in 2018, 48% of military family respondents indicated that they did not feel a sense of belonging to their local civilian community.
