Here’s a tip to help you out this season

Hey ,

It’s one of the busiest seasons of the year for Realtors and trying to keep up with everything on your own leaves little time to spend on anything else, like having a life or family.

The good news is you don’t have to do it all yourself. The better news is you don’t have to go through the hassle of hiring a full-time employee to help you either.

There are plenty of online assistants that can help you with various parts of your workload, from a transaction coordinator to a virtual assistant to help schedule your showings, you can find someone to handle the tedious tasks so that you have time to actually see your family.

Here’s how to find an online assistant:

  1. Start by making a list of the things you’re able to outsource virtually. Things like keeping up with your calendar and emails, social media, cold-calling, etc. are all things that can be done by a virtual assistant.

  2. Next, make sure you know the laws in your state. Some states require certain real estate tasks to be completed by a licensed agent or assistant. That doesn’t mean you can’t find someone virtually, you just need to make sure you know who you’re looking for and you’re asking the right questions.

  3. Look for virtual assistant groups on Facebook and post your job in there, or ask your Realtor friends if they have anyone they can recommend.

Having an assistant can help you really scale your business. Now you can sell more homes and actually have time to enjoy yourself!

Sincerely,
