The holidays are in full swing and so is home buying! Buying or selling your home during the holiday season means less competition and serious motivation on both sides of the deal. If you’re looking to buy a home, this could be the best time as there is typically less competition from other buyer’s. On the flip side, if you’re considering selling your home, this could also be the perfect time for you to list due to fewer homes being sold and therefore less listing competition.

Celebrating the holidays while in the military can be downright HARD. Sometimes we’re all together and sometimes we’re not. It can be really hard to establish family traditions when your partner is deployed or when your family is stationed across the country (or globe) from the rest of your family.
