Happy Holidays!

,

The holidays are among us and for military families, creating these special moments and meals usually involves expensive and exhausting travel back home or figuring it out alone, far away from home. This year, why not try a more unconventional approach to holiday recipes? Here are a few options to ease the burden on budgets and schedules to help create holiday meals that feel traditional, without the traditional exhaustion and cost.

In this episode, Heather Campbell walks us through the important questions to ask a home inspector before, during and after a home inspection for your buying/selling process. With these practical steps, you’ll feel prepared for your upcoming inspection whether you’re a home buying rookie or a well-seasoned buyer. Special thanks to Armed Forces Bank for their continue support of the MilHousing Nation and for providing accounts and services to help provide for our nation’s military and veteran families.

With the holidays fast approaching, parties will be popping up and keeping everyone busy. Whether you are the host or a guest, how you show up makes a difference. If you like attending holiday parties or do it because you feel obligated, what you say and do matters. Remember, even if holiday parties are “after hours,” in the military, you still have to be mindful of your actions.
