If the dream of owning a new home is on your bucket list for 2022, we recommend starting your search early! The monthly supply of homes for sale continues to fall, while housing prices are increasing, leaving potential home buyers wondering where to even start.

The answer? With a real estate agent, of course! Check out this blog post for tips on what you should look for when finding a real estate agent.

On the other hand, maybe the timing just isn’t right for you to buy right now. 

Instead of feeling sad every time you see a “SOLD” sign go up on another house, here are some ways to fall in love with the home you’re already in:

💗 Add in what you love - Bring your personal style to life in your home with decor items, paint, and scents. 

❌ Remove what you can’t stand - Whether you’re staying in the home for a few months or a few years, consider what you can’t stand to look at that can be removed that will make the biggest difference to your personal preferences. 

👍 Streamline and simplify the rest - Look for the problem areas in your home and fix what you can. 

There are plenty of ways you can spruce up the space you’re in to make it feel like home.

Maybe your New Year’s Resolution was to eat healthier this year. I think we can all agree that eating healthy from the commissary can be a bit… challenging.
