5 things you can do today to get leads...
Let’s talk about a realtor’s worst nightmare…
I’m talking about when you have no leads in your pipeline and you’re just waiting for the next sale. What do you do?!
Here are 5 simple things you can do for free to get new leads in just 30 days:
1) Call your SOI!
Your sphere of influence is the best starting point for new leads. Remember to tap into your network of people you already know frequently. Just checking in and reminding them that you’re still available could be all it takes to find your next deal.
2) Door knock your neighbors!
Making friends in the neighborhood and surrounding area never hurts. People have a lot going on in their personal lives and they might have simply forgotten that you’re a realtor. You never know what a simple ‘hello’ can turn into!
3) Set coffee dates with vendors.
Insurance, lenders, inspectors, etc. are all great sources for new leads!
4) Go meet builders!
Visit them once a week, take a tour of their inventory, ask if you can do a Facebook live tour, and build a relationship! Before you know it, they send you business!
5) Open houses!
If you don't have any current listings, offer to host an open house for an agent in your office.
