Tip #1: Managing a property is a risk, especially if your PCS orders take you to a different time zone. If you are not available to maintain your property, you will need a property management company. The relationship between the owners and the property management company can make or break the rental property’s success.

1.163 million new groundbreakings

That's the number of new constructions homes in 2016. This is  5 percent higher than the 1.108 million new homes built in 2015.
