No doubt this PCS season is going to be a little different. Many people are getting orders pushed through with Command approval. And while we're still in a military wide stop movement, we believe there are a few things you can do now if you know you have a PCS this year. 

1) Research possible locations. Join local spouse Facebook groups and start digging into what fellow spouses say about the area. 

2) Connect with a realtor and lender. It might seem premature to connect now if you aren't sure when orders are coming; however, connecting now will ensure when orders do drop you can hit the ground running. If you'd like help connecting, simply reply to this email! 

3) Know your options. A realtor can help explain COVID exceptions in the contract shall you fall in love and want to make a move on a house. Many states have ways to protect the buyer and seller while we navigate through COVID.
