After seeing more than 10 homes in one day, it is hard to remember what is what. This handy download can help. It will allow you to rate homes and check off key features so you can recall things you liked and things you didn't like.

1) Download our "Selecting a House" guide and print several copies.

2) Use the guide to rate homes after viewing them online.

3) Narrow it down to your top 10 and email your list to your realtor. Don't have a realtor? We can help with that!

4) Your realtor will scrub your list and tell you of the 10 which ones are still available.

5) Grab your "Selecting a House" guide and make notes while you're viewing the homes.

BOOM. You've just avoided seeing dozen of houses resulting in becoming house drunk.
