Considering a job change before buying a house? It happens. People transition out of the military or they jump on an exciting new career--but what do you do if it is right smack dap in the middle of when you're buying a home?!

First, stay calm, you can still buy a house. However, you first and foremost need to notify your lender. Your lender will likely need additional documentation to get your loan approved and it might slow down closing, but it can be done!
