Creating Impact in your new neighborhood

If you are new to San Antonio area it can feel a bit rough especially with kids when moving to a new place. Here are some amazing tips on transitioning to a new area.

  • Create a new tradition: On the first night in your new home, celebrate a new beginning with cake and ice cream. One year later, you can celebrate the first anniversary of your move with the same rituals and memories (and cake, of course!)

Building relationships quickly is a great way to create an easy transition.

  • Join local facebook groups: Getting involved and your name out their helps your family feel like they matter in the neighborhood. Have more ideas or tips of your own. Let us know below!
