From Farmhouse style to modern living our houses become just as unique as we are.We loved the 40th Anniversary San Antonio Home & Garden Show! The different landscapes, pools, materials used to build the exterior of a house to truly bring out the texan in us. It was such a blast! It made us realize how unique our styles are and how easily they are reflected from where we came from.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  Co-Founder of MilHousing Network San Antonio Team Karina Gafford may be a proud American today, but her blood runs green--she emigrated to the United States in 1999, and is happy to share tales of her home country over a good whiskey any day. Fun fact: The word “whiskey” in Irish is Uisce Beatha, which means water of life!  If you want to learn how to pronounce it, respond to this email and Karina will call you and help make sure you can say it correctly! St. Patrick’s Day has been celebrated on the River Walk since 1968 as a joint project of the San Antonio River Walk Association and the Harp & Shamrock Society of Texas. This tradition continues today. We love traditions and would love to hear yours!
