Black Friday Savings 🎁

,When prepping to buy a home, especially as military families, it can be challenging to determine how much cash you want to put down. You’ll hear experienced lenders recommend using the governments money in lieu of your own with the VA Home Loan 100% financing option. While this may work in some situations, it isn’t a one size fits all.

SHOP TILL YOU DROPBlack Friday (November 25) is no longer a one-day event. This means that holiday shoppers don’t have to wait until last minute to complete their shopping lists. The latest trend among retailers is that the deals start in late October and run through the whole month of November. The word is that if you see something at a reduced price close to Thanksgiving, go ahead and buy it because the discount is not expected to get better. And if it does, many stores will price-match with a proof of receipt.

The end of the year can be a magical time, but it can also bring with it stress and unexpected financial burdens. If you want to end the year financially strong, you first have to ask yourself what "financially strong" looks like for you. For Air Force Captain Corey L. it looks like “spending less than I make, saving for retirement to meet my life plan (not having to work after retiring from AF), minimal non-productive debt, and actively putting money in savings.”To read more about how to end 2022 without the financial strain, click the link below.
