Thriving this holiday season!
Tips to survive AND thrive as an agent through the holiday season:1. Increase your availability:Whether you utilize Calendly, or even first-person scheduling, adding availability outside of your normal M-F 9-5 will show your clients you care about them and their holiday plans/travel schedule. Make sure you account for your own plans and travels as well!2. Reminding them that you care and are ready to serve them:This is where those beautiful holiday cards and newsletters come into play. It can be as quick as a one-liner, or a team photo card, but it shows past and present clients that you remembered them in the midst of the holiday craziness. A quick phone call can also augment the relationship and make the home buying or selling process much more personal. 3. Social media ads:So many agents slow down and take a break over the holiday season, which makes it the perfect time to increase traffic to your website/page/business. Get those creative juices flowing, and run a catchy ad or two for any who are ready for an agent now, or garner the attention of those preparing for next spring!4. Remember your team members or those you network with often:These are the people who make the difference in surviving vs. thriving. Grab that coffee traveler from the local café, or have something with your team's name delivered to a lender or partner you work with often. Even the smallest of gifts or snacks will show someone that you took the time to think of them, and serve as a reminder of why you are the agent to network with.
