This week on the MilHousing Nation podcast we welcome fellow military spouse Shannon Rauen. Shannon's family is Geo-Batching, or living away from their military service member. For Shannon's family, and 43% of military families like hers, it made sense to be separated. An added benefit of Shannon staying with her family in Colorado is that she can work hard to fight for other military spouses and their deployment struggles as she works for non-profits. 

In this week's episode, we discuss Shannon's family's decision to Geo-Batch and we get into issues military spouses face when searching for employment, and the exciting new legislation that is coming our way.
